Stripped to the studs, the home was reimagined as a thoughtfully designed single-family residence, prioritizing comfort, efficiency, and timeless style. The new airtight yet well-ventilated structure is equipped with an energy-efficient heating system and solar panels, bringing it close to net-zero energy use.

Drawing inspiration from Japandi design—a blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth—the interiors embrace simplicity, natural materials, and a sense of visual order.
