A local developer approached us to explore the potential of their lot. Our solution: a thoughtful renovation of the front historic home paired with a striking new single-family residence at the rear.

After securing Planning Board approval, we designed a modern home filled with natural light. Expansive windows and soaring 12-foot ceilings create a sense of openness, making the space feel larger than its footprint. A dramatic double-height stairwell, surrounded by windows on multiple sides, floods the home with light throughout the day, further enhancing its airy and inviting feel. Despite the surrounding buildings, thoughtful window placement ensures both privacy and beautiful framed views of trees and sky, creating a serene and peaceful retreat. The home’s carefully considered layout promotes seamless flow between spaces, making everyday living feel effortless.
